By invitation only, Mark Stankey, Executive Chef of the Basil's Restaurant, has recently been awarded membership status to the prestigious and exclusive dining organization Chaine des Rotisseurs
The Chaine des Rotisseurs is an international gastronomic society founded in Paris in 1950. It is devoted to promoting fine dining and preserving the camaraderie and pleasure of the table.
Impressing gourmet groups like the Chaine des Rotisseurs has been a part of Chef Stankey's 22 years of experience.
Chef Stankey's team philosophy and daily execution in providing the very best in food selection, freshness and preparation has provided many with fond dining memories.
Chaine des Rotisseurs, Minneapolis chapter, were in wonderment at their event held in January at the Marquette Hotel's, Windows on Minnesota. There, Chef Stankey and team prepared an unforgettable dining experience, a winter wonderland themed menu. A few of the items included King Salmon Tartar, Reindeer Loin Chop, Truffle Potato Leek en Croute and Apricot Pistachio Torte
