Executive Chef - Mark Stankey
Chef Stankey joined The Marquette Hotel in 1997 and is responsible for the entire food operations of the hotel. This includes Basil's Restaurant located on the third floor and banquet dining events for both the hotel and the spectacular Windows on Minnesota located on the 50th floor of the IDS Center.
Recently awarded membership status to the prestigious and exclusive dining organization Chaine des Rotisseurs. The Chaine des Rotisseurs is an international gastronomic society founded in Paris in 1950. It is devoted to promoting fine dining and preserving the camaraderie and pleasure of the table.
Chef Stankey has provided many fond dining memories through his team philosophy and daily execution in providing the very best in food selection, freshness and preparation. We hope you will sample first hand some of Chef Stankey's very popular signature menu items.
